“Don’t Be A Boss, Please Be A Leader”

Assalamualaikum wr.wb.

Today  I want to explain my caption, and my caption is :

In my picture there is a boss and there is a leader. look at the picture!

From this picture,  We know the difference character between a Boss and a Leader. It is really significant.

Boss and Leader have difference Characters especially when they dealing with their Subordinates.

Boss is who always says “Go” But Leader says “Lets Go”. The Boss has more characters to command Subordinates to achieve the goal, while a Leader will be together in achieving a goal to be achieved together.

Most boss characters are intimidating their subordinates. So, subordinates feels depressed, uncomfortable. While a leader will give responsibility and will not blame anyone if something goes wrong, because great people will never blame others.

And Boss will only be a person who is good at commanding without giving a good example,

It’s so very different from the Leader character, Leader is who will give an example before they give a instructing.

Well Guys, The Choice between being a boss or leader is your own choice. If You want to be a Leader. Be a Good Leader !! And have Leader Characters !! Don’t have boss characters!

People will be more comfortable to be with you. If you have the Leader Character, rather than have a Boss Characters.
